If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'll work it out! Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Personalized jewelry is final sale, but please contact us if you are unhappy with your order and we will do our best to resolve things.
GIVE BACK POLICY
We strongly believe in giving back to the community, not only through volunteering but also through sales. We volunteer with a variety of organizations but animals are always near and dear to us so we donate 5% of all proceeds to local animal rescue organizations.
